Yes. PostOwl is a genuine online letter service operated by Pixel Goblin Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17201045. You upload a PDF or write a letter, see the full price before you pay, and PostOwl arranges printing, an envelope and Royal Mail postage to a UK address. Letters start at £1.79 with no account or subscription, and you can check every fact below yourself.

- Cancelling
- The private link in your order email may let you cancel without charge before production starts. After production or postal hand-off has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Common questions
Is PostOwl part of Royal Mail or the Post Office?
No. PostOwl is an independent printing and posting service run by Pixel Goblin Ltd. It prints your letter and hands it to Royal Mail for delivery, but it is not Royal Mail, the Post Office or a government body.
How can I check that PostOwl is a real company?
Search for company number 17201045 on Companies House, or open the record at https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/17201045. The name, number and registered office on the About page match that record.
What happens to the letter I upload?
Your PDF is used to print the letter and is deleted from PostOwl after dispatch. Order records such as the address, price and status are kept for receipts, support and accounting, as the Privacy Notice explains.
What if PostOwl cannot send my letter?
If PostOwl cannot produce or dispatch the letter, it will tell you and refund the affected service where appropriate. If the letter is printed and posted correctly to the address you supplied but that address is wrong, the printing and postage charge is not refunded. The Terms set out the details.
Why is there a PostOwl insert in my letter?
The base price includes a separate PostOwl promotional page in the envelope. You can remove it for £0.75 per letter on standard first and second class.
Can I track a letter sent with PostOwl?
Standard first and second class letters are not tracked. Royal Mail Tracked 48 costs £5.02 for one page and the tracking reference is emailed when available. You can follow any order's status on the Track page.
