Questions
When will my letter arrive?+
We hand letters to Royal Mail the same working day if you order before the daily cutoff (shown at the top of the page, usually mid-afternoon). Second class typically arrives in 2–3 working days, first class usually next working day.
What happens to my document after posting?+
Your PDF is deleted from our servers after the letter is dispatched. We keep only the order record, not the contents.
Do I need an account?+
No. Upload, pay, done. An email receipt and dispatch confirmation are all you need.
Can I send to any address?+
Any UK address today, including prisons, hospitals and PO boxes. International is on the roadmap.
