PostOwl does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the public website. We use a self-hosted Plausible Analytics script configured for aggregate, cookie-free traffic measurement. It records pages and basic referral/device information without creating a persistent visitor profile. Tracking-code query values are not included in analytics page paths.
Strictly necessary technology
The private administrator area uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie after a successful email sign-in. It is essential for access control and is not used for advertising. Stripe’s embedded payment form may use cookies or similar technology necessary for payment security, fraud prevention and authentication when you open checkout. Those technologies are governed by Stripe’s notices and are used only as part of the payment service you request.
External links and changes
Links to Royal Mail, Trustpilot, the ICO and other external sites do not load their scripts on PostOwl pages; those sites apply their own cookie notices once you visit them. If we add non-essential cookies or similar storage later, we will update this notice and obtain consent before using them where required.
