How bulk sending works

Bulk mail usually means business accounts, minimum volumes and a sales call. PostOwl serves the other end: small bulk, self-serve. The same letter to 2 to 25 UK recipients, paid for in one guest checkout. No account, no contract, no minimum after the second address.

Upload one PDF and paste your address list. Each recipient gets an identical, individually enveloped letter, printed and handed to Royal Mail, priced exactly like a single send, from £1.79 a letter, so 25 one-page letters cost £44.75all-in. It suits landlords writing to tenants, clubs and residents’ associations, invitations, and anyone winding up an estate.

How much does it cost to send the same letter to 25 people?+

Sending a one-page black & white letter to 25 UK addresses costs £44.75: 25 × £1.79, paid in one go, with printing, envelopes and Royal Mail 2nd class postage included. Extra pages are £0.15 each, colour +£0.10 a page and first class +£0.90, applied per letter. The exact total is shown before you pay.

Can I cancel some of the letters after paying?+

Yes. Every letter in the batch gets its own cancellation link in your confirmation email, and each one stays free to cancel until that letter enters production. Cancel two of twenty-five and the other twenty-three still go out. You're refunded for exactly the letters you cancel.

What format does the address list need to be in?+

One address per line, with commas between the parts: name, street, town, postcode. Add a flat, building or company name as an optional fifth field after the street. Paste straight from a spreadsheet or notes app. The form checks every line and points out anything it can't read before you pay.
