How do I use a letter pack?
After payment we email you a pack code. Enter it in the discount box when you send a letter and one credit is used.
What does one credit cover?
One standard letter: the first black-and-white page, printed, enveloped and posted 2nd class (normally £1.79). Extra pages, colour, 1st class or tracked services are charged on top at the usual price.
Can colleagues use the same pack?
Yes. Anyone with the code can use its credits, so it works for a small team or office. Keep the code private.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. An unused pack can be refunded within 14 days.
