Before you download

Review every page, including its order and orientation. Keep your original file: the tool makes a new copy. Use unencrypted PDFs with up to 50 pages and 20 MB across all files.

Added text and pen strokes sit on top of the existing page. This tool does not rewrite existing PDF text, perform OCR or securely redact information. A drawn or typed signature is a visual mark, not a certificate-based digital signature. Check what the recipient accepts.

PDF form fields are flattened into the output. Existing digital signatures may no longer validate after changes. Check documents with specialised features carefully.

Your files stay in the browser while you use these tools. If you choose postal delivery, your finished PDF is carried into the send page and uploaded as part of that flow.
