When to use another route
This is not a substitute for filing a Company Tax Return or making a payment. Use the address on an existing Corporation Tax letter when replying, and contact your Customer Compliance Manager if the large-business instructions apply.

Before you write
- Include your company's Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR), if you have one, in the letter and on the first page of accompanying documents, as HMRC requests.
- State the company name, relevant accounting period and the question you need answered. Keep a copy of what you send.
- If you are waiting for a repayment, check the official guidance before writing again. HMRC warns that duplicate claims can delay its review.
Check the official instructions again before sending, especially when replying to a letter that names a different team or address.
Prepare, review and keep a copy
Write your letter online or upload a PDF. The address stays editable and you review the document, postal service and full price before paying. Keep your own copy of the final letter and any references.
PostOwl prints PDF pages and posts them from inside the UK. It cannot include original documents, cheques or other physical enclosures. Printing acceptance, postal handoff and confirmed delivery are different stages; read about postal records and proof of posting if your letter is time-sensitive.
PostOwl is an independent printing and posting service and is not affiliated with this organisation. This entry helps you find an address; it does not determine whether your letter satisfies a particular process or deadline.
